STEPS FOR PURCHASING/SUBSCRIBING TO OFFERING

Step 1: Read the Offering Memorandum which includes the Corporate Bylaws and Certificate of Incorporation

Step 2: Sign a Accredited Investor Form and provide proof of income or net worth. Submit both to cameron@lstdao.com.
*To comply with SEC’s Rule 506(c) of Regulation D

Step 3: Upon receiving your Accredited Investor Form and proof of income/net worth. A personalized subscription agreement will be sent to you for signature.

Step 4: Upon receiving Accredited Investor Forms and Subscription Agreements totalling 28M of 40M Class A Shares offered (70% threshold) the Corporation will begin countersigning Subscription Agreements and issuing shares
